Please understand we do not accept returns as our product can not be determined as used or not. The Lash Rehab reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ as it is your sole responsibility to check the product description and ingredients. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you have any questions prior to purchase please contact us via hi@thelashrehab.com.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee policy.
    1.    Please email before and after photos 12 weeks apart to hi@thelashrehab.com
    2.    Images must clearly show your lashes from the same angles in before and after images.
    3.    Images must have the provided lash ruler under the lashes to show the length in the before and after images.
    4.    Images must be loaded directly from your camera roll with their time stamp.
    5.    Images must be unedited and not taken on any form of app.
    6.    Shipping is not refundable upon and is not included in the money-back guarantee policy.
    7.    Only one lash growth serum is eligible for the money-back guarantee policy per customer.
    8.    If you order multiple serums we do not accept returns on additional serums or products.
